County Engineer

The Lincoln county engineer is appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The county engineer prepares all bridge and road construction and maintenance plans and estimates as well serving as the project superintendent of the work. The county engineer prepares reports of progress and payments for the board of supervisors. The county engineer is also responsible for coordinating grant opportunities for construction maintenance or improvements to the Lincoln County road and bridge program and other county property.  In addition, the county engineer inspects all county owned bridges.  The engineer also at the board discretion develops plans and bid documents for various other projects under the control of the Board of Supervisors.
