Public Riding Schedule

This public riding schedule is only when arena, stall barn or grounds around said buildings are not rented

Riding Disciple of the day has until 12 noon on their day to extend riding privileges at 5 as well as rental of arena lights.

• No advance rental (calling ahead a few days) is allowed unless rental payment is received:
  • Private Event: - Dirt will be worked morning off this type of rental and not reworked at 5pm
    • 5 pm til including Lights - $100 -
    • Full Day - $150 Pen would be worked for renter that morning of rental. Additional days are $100 but dirt is worked by renter on those days.
  • Public Event (Hosting some type of public show or exhibition)
    • Full Day Rental only Community Commercial - $300
    • Commercial $400.00
    • Dirt will be worked for this event and turned over to renter without anyone riding on prepared ground.
• Same Day Rental Request: (Dirt is worked in the morning and no additional work will be done for this type rental)
  • If you want to rent the pen day of for any private use after 5 the rent is $100.00. This price includes the lights.
  • The riding disciple on the day can call between 8am and 11:59 am to extend riding hours after 5 til 30 mins before dark (April 1-Oct 31 that is 7:00 Pm and from Nov. 1 – April 1 that is 5:45 pm). When you request the riding times to be extended to dark you have to share the pen with anyone that choose to ride the same discipline.
  • Request lights for a fee of $60.00 (paying $60 only get 50% of lights) for the times considered after dark above. With this type rental the pen is your and you can control who rides during this time period since you are paying $ for use of pen after dark (April 15-Oct 31 that is 7:00 Pm and from Nov. 1 – April 14th that is 5:45 pm)
• After 12 noon if no one from the discipline of the day as requested to extend riding hours after 5 or the use of the lights, other riding disciplines can request the use of the facility and/or lights at said terms above.
